Yes. You can export your skills, memory, and configurations from an existing OpenClaw installation and import them into your PrivateClawd instance. The environment is standard OpenClaw with no proprietary lock-in. Enterprise plan users get dedicated migration assistance.
Your agent continues running until the end of your current billing period. After that, the instance is gracefully shut down and your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe. You can export your configurations and memory at any time before or during this window.
